What Helped Me
When I first started looking at life without alcohol, I didn’t know where to begin. I Googled, I scrolled, I listened, I read—and slowly, I found voices and stories that helped me feel less alone.
Some of these resources were eye-opening. Others felt like a warm hug. A few made me laugh out loud. What they all had in common was that they helped me reconnect to myself.
Whether you’re just curious, trying to moderate, or ready for a bigger shift—here’s a collection of things that helped me along the way. Take what resonates, and know there’s no one “right” path. If something doesn’t feel like a fit, that’s okay. There are plenty more options out there.
